Company Timeline
July 1998: Leo starts L S Remodeling and focuses on roofing in Granby, CT and surrounding towns.
May 1999: Elizabeth joins L S Remodeling as an estimator and receives extensive training in roofing, VELUX skylights and remodeling.
2003-2008 : Move to East Granby accommodates an expanding full-service remodeling business.
Michelle and Elizabeth become certified as CAPS (Certified Ageing in Place Specialists) through the Home Builders Assoc. We join the Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau
and Elizabeth receives OSHA safety certification.
Many volunteer projects with Rebuilding Together Hartford.
2008: Begin providing in-house professional electrical & painting services and work with
1st Light Energy (NJ & CA) to install PV (photovoltaic) solar electric systems.
VELUX Skylight Specialist designation
and our entire staff takes the EPA Lead Safe training.
Female estimators (Elizabeth, Michelle & Dee), excellent workmanship & great customer service
resonate with our customers who refer us to their friends..
2010: L S Remodeling closes and we open Mystic Restoration Co. in Mystic, CT which allows us to focus our energy on select projects with wonderful service & results.
Present -: Membership in the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and The CT Trust for Historic Preservation. The Better Business Bureau also recognizes our 10 years of membership and perfect record as L S Remodeling and allows us to apply that experience to our new membership as Mystic Restoration Co..
NOTE: We’ll continue to provide great service to clients throughout CT.
